My Thoughts on Blue Exorcist S2 Announcement

I never thought I’d ever hear this announcement. I absolutely loved the first series of Blue Exorcist and I was so disappointed by how it ended. Since the first series anime didn’t follow the manga as faithfully as it did towards the end of the series, I was so convinced that Blue Exorcist would only ever have one series.   The anime will be going back to following the manga and will be covering the Impure King Revival Arc. I have never read the manga, so I have no idea what this arc will hold, but I’m still...

Avatar: The Last Airbender Review

This is my favourite cartoon. I remember when it was first aired and I fell in love with it instantly. I watched the majority of the series from beginning to end – as best as I could at the time, since I didn’t always watch TV. I also played the game covering the second series on PS2 (kind of shows how old the series is).   I decided to rewatch the whole series over a year ago, and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I was worried I’d hate it and that it would...

Steins;Gate Review

I just finished watching this anime. It’s definitely one of the best I’ve seen. It started off quite slow, so I found it a little difficult to get into it, but after about 10 episodes I was hooked. Now I’ve finished it, I’m feeling exactly how I felt when I finished Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood. I hate that I’ve finished it and I really want to watch more. Admitedly, I still have the tab open and I still have to close it – something that might not happen for a while. It was just so good and I love...

Just like the title says,Akira…. USE YOUR CHARACTERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s no secret that I absolutely adore the Dragonball Series. I started watching it when it came to Toonami. Grew up on it for literally a decade, Got into Dragonball, then watched GT. Watched all of the movies and specials. I love the theories for it and all. But Dragonball is not immune from having it’s fair share of flaws. Two glaring flaws that started to agrivate me as I’ve gotten older is the lack of character depth and lack of the main cast involvement with the show itself. So with Super Starting back...

This Manga is F@$(*d Up

I recently read a weird manga called Yakushoku Dispiari-Gesellshaft Blue, and I must say it’s pretty f*(&$d up. It has some pretty cool ideas, and certainly some interesting twists on others. Do I recommend you to read it? No, not really. You can if you like some dark depressing shit, but I just wanted to talk about this manga.   Its starts out as your typical shonen setting of a fantasy realm as one might imagine. You have a group of people trying to defeat a main antagonist, and this group consist of certain archetypes. You have your main...
